Robinho wants World Cup Win for Brazil

Despite his best efforts Robinho still believes he has more go give to Brazil in order for them to win their sixth world cup.
The striker scored the second goal in the 3 – 0 win against Chile, but was not happy with his overall performance.
He said, ‘”I’m happy for the goal,” the striker said. “But I think I could’ve played better. I know I have to play better.” Robinho is more than likely being over critical of himself as he set up the first, scored the second, and had his second disallowed, in the game against Chile, he then went onto pick up the man of the match award, which he said other players deserved to win more than him.
However, it seems as if he may have to play better against an inform Holland in the quarter finals on Friday in Port Elizabeth. Holland finds themselves in the quarter finals after winning every single one of their games at the world cup so far.
Robinho understands the importance of scoring your first goal in the world cup finals, stating, “After that first goal, it usually gets easier to score more.” Kaka, on the other hand, was less critical of his teammate saying, “Everybody was happy with his first goal in the World Cup.”
Robinho did go onto say that Brazil’s performance against Chile was their best so far, but was also far from perfect. To many it will seem like he is trying to play down Brazil’s chances in the world cup, but with a tough game against the Netherlands maybe Robinho is taking the right direction.
